This is an in person treatment.
You lie fully clothed on a massage table, I will gently press on the points on your head that relate to each of the 32 bars of energy at different stages during the treatment. I will also touch your hands and feet during the energy pulls at the start of the session. Afterwards there is sense of complete relaxation and your feelings of anxiety, stress, overthinking etc are reduced or gone.
